I think none of those plugins are free software, so we should not list
Pipelight at all. It has the same problem that ndiswrapper has and there
are many more programs that have the same problem. VST plugins
(including LinuxVST [sic]) are proprietery and there are some tools that
can be used to load them on GNU/Linux.
