What would you like to see as part of a prototype to help further assess
this idea?
Here are my initial ideas on what would be in and out of scope for a
prototype.
In scope:
* A cloneable Git repository containing a couple example FSD articles
in markdown format.
* A stagit static website being served so the Git repository can be
browsed using a web browser.
* The FSD example articles compiled from markdown to HTML with discount
and served as a static website.
* Git repository and static website hosting on a
<https://tildeverse.org/> server.
Out of scope:
* A data migration strategy.
* Completed CSS styling.
* Ongoing maintenance of the prototype over an extended period of time.
If I was to create the prototype I would use these tools because they
are familiar to me:
* Git
* markdown
* stagit
* discount
Any of these programs could be replaced with another free software
alternative. All of these programs have stable free software
alternatives.
