LSI sells a DBS satellite RX chipset... the RF receiver looks very much like the MAX2108. http://www.maxim-ic.com/max2108 I can only assume that they're trying to get into the IC-based cable/offair tuner race, but I don't know if they've released a part yet. Brian.
