U101 is the Cyclone FPGA. It's split into muliple subcomponents on the
schematics for convenience. See www.altera.com for docs.

U412 is the Cypress FX2. Please note that the part numbers are right
next to the reference designators on the schematics. See
www.cypress.com for docs.
