Hi.. the existed costas loop only considers the phase of the received
signal (for PSK techniques). But for QAM we have to consider both the
magnitude and phase of the received signal. I want to use the same
costas loop for QAM. where should I modify the C++ code? is that
requires to modify the python code also? thanks for your advice.
