Hi George - use the search window near the top of the GUI near the right hand side -  third block in from the right.  When you the mouse pointer on it and should say "Search for a block by name (or key)" - then type in your request.

Building it will be tricky because the available blocks would need to do the signal processing that captures the correct sampling time at 1-sample per symbol.
