No, the first time ever that I installed Guile on this system.
Please could you let me have the contents of your config.mak file so I
can
see what configure has determined about guile on your system.
I'm pretty sure it will say that GUILE_MAKE_SMOB_TYPE=0 (which is wrong,
and
what's causing the crash) ... but the answer to why it's getting that
wrong
should lie in the value of GUILE_LIBS (I hope).
