COMMITTED: More changes to NSSpellServer, NSSpellChecker.

I have committed another set of changes:

In GUI I modified:

NSSpellChecker.m -- modifications to use the browser to display suggested
   words
NSSpellServer.m  -- Minor cleanup
NSSpellChecker.h -- Minor cleanup
ChangeLog        -- Added entries for both my original submission and this one.

For some reason the ChangeLog entry I made when I did the commit on the 20th
was removed.   I added it back in.   I also made some minor modifications to
the NSSpellServer class to clean up the code a little.

The spell checker should function more like the one under OpenStep now.   I
will now concentrate my work on the spell service itself, and I will fix bugs
in the NSSpellServer and NSSpellChecker classes as I find them.
