It does, though it looks like if you try to pop-up an NSPanel from a
bundle, loaded by a Tool, WMaker SIGSEGVs upon Tool termination.
Not sure whether this is my code, but if I put the same code (from
the bundle) and add it to the Tool directly, it works fine.
