Problems trying to checkout the tree |

Just been trying to checkout th whole gnustep tree like this:
cvs co gnustep
and I get the error:
cvs [server aborted]: can't chdir(/home/empty): No such file or directory
is this a problem with me, or is something up with the cvs repository ?
