I'll put this on the wishlist since that's what a lot of people want.

This will be adressed in the next version correctly. I plan to generate a
plist with the paths upon 'make install' and pick it up when the app
starts.

As much as I hate to say it: works on my machine. I explicitly patched
around this issue. Which version of -make do you use? I update from CVS
once a week and it's been working for over 2 months now. I'll try on a
different installation at work over the weekend ...
