New GSPrintPrintPanel

Now that I've totally reworked NSPageLayout and it's Gorm file, I 
thought I'd go all the way and make it totally feature complete.

If you haven't done so already, please check out the changes I've made 
to the Page Layout panel already, it's in cvs.

After that, take a look at my proposed changes to the panel, available 
at ftp://ftp.sgstep.org/pub/GSPrintPanel.gorm.tar.gz
This is saved in the new Gorm format, you'll need Gorm from cvs.
