This sounds adequate at first, but considering that most people use
pre-compiled GNUstep-binaries from their specific distributors, why
shouldn't the GNUstep-project set "higher" defaults and force the
distributors to provide packages which use the full potential of
those libraries? After all, this would end up in a better user
experience.
