Another fix for NSTableView

Hello,

the default intercellSpacing is { 3, 2} not {2, 3}. However, on GNUstep 
even 3 is not enough. I would suggest to make the following 
modification.

  _intercellSpacing = NSMakeSize (2.0, 3.0);

is replaced with

  _intercellSpacing = NSMakeSize (5.0, 2.0);
