Nakadasan, Thank you for your interest in the project. are you trying to install GNUstep for windows or are you trying to install the "GNU" environment under windows? A "mininmalist" gnu for windows is mingw, which is a separate project from GNUstep. GNUstep port for windows is based on mingw though and it will install a working mingw environment. Everything is well explained here: http://www.gnustep.org/experience/Windows.html You need "system" which contains all the dependencies, mingw itself and the compiler. Then you install the "core" which contains the gnustep core. At that point you have a complete environment. You can start up the shell and compile&install any GNUstep application from source as you would on Unix, typically with just "make && make install" and then "openapp <appname>".
