For menu styles, try these:
NSNextStepInterfaceStyle, NSWindows95InterfaceStyle, NSMacintoshInterfaceStyle.
Note that Macintosh interface style will almost certainly conflict with other
environments that use top of the screen, such as Ubuntu Unity.
