Support of the aarch64 (ARM64) Architecture

Hello,

I have got some bug reports for gnu step related packages like
gnu step-make with the request of support of the archaic platform.

The bug reports told me, that the packages should be recreated with
automaton-2.69 to get aarch64 support for the gnustep related
packages.

So, It will be nice, if you can provide new releases of the gnustep
packages - like gnustep-make - where the configure file was created
with autoconf-2.64 or above.
