gnustepweb compile fedora-26

Dear GNUstepWeb,

i was exercising my fedora-26 GNUstep installation (from scratch although from svn...)

and decided to compile your project: git clone https://github.com/gnustep/libs-gsweb

pretty clean downloaded ... then make

but i got this:

ok searched at github for that file EOQualifier.h,....

but

i didn't find any place where create a bug or something like that
