Try resetting errno at the top of the Directory.Move function, before
calling the Rename .. This will clear the errno of the last call, or
so I understand.

Take a look at AC_CHECK_FUNCS in . Add rename, re-run 
./ and ./configure ... Check if HAVE_RENAME has been added by 
./configure to include/il_config.h ..
