Whoops, my mistake.  I've fixed this now.

I'll try to get all of the *EventArgs and *EventHandler classes done tonight.

I'll look into this also.

I'll be implementing the rest of "ControlPaint" this week, and fixing up any 
oddities that I find as I go.
