[Dvdrtools-users] Help!

Hi,

I have several large gtar's which I want to cut to DVD.  After finding this 
great tool "dvdrecord" via the web, I am now able to use a Red Hat box to cut 
the DVD's on.  Unfortunatly, the drives that will be used to read the DVD's 
will be on NT4 boxes so I need to create the DVD using a format that can be 
read by a WinNT box.  Can anybody tell me what format I should use???  My 
understanding of ISO9660 and Joliet isnt good enough.

Im using:
Red Hat Advanced Server 2.1
Pioneer DVR-A04
TDK DVD-RW Media
