Hm, knowing a bit of French I think that « and » fall into that
category. But perhaps these are the only Mule-supported non-ASCII
mirroring characters?
I'm not too sure about about ` and ' -- i heard somewhere that one of
them was an accent, but I think that referred to ´ vs. '.
Anyway, that's as far as Latin-1 goes.
