Word2K on Win2K, but this is the same all the way from word 6 on W3.11
days.

The OS support (including Notepad) only give LTR paragraph context -
no matter what the 1st character is.

That was never my intention. I apologize if it made too much noise, but
we might have learned some more on the reference application and
classification of some of the punctuation.

The original idea was to find some good test cases from my working
experience.  I'll try to find Einstein in the attic and see If I can play
with this as well.
