What's latin15? Do you mean ISO-8859-15 (also known as latin9) or is
there now a latin15?
I know that latin9 fits the description (the euro was added, as were a
few other additions) and Emacs has latin9 support, but I admit I find
the correspondence between iso-8859-* and latin* very confusing....
