Not but there are fewer things (almost none in fact) to document.

  (if (make-network-process :feature :family 'local)
      (make-network-process ... ...  :family 'local ...))


  (if (featurep 'networking 'local-sockets)
      (make-network-process ... ...  :family 'local ...))

That's two different pairs of symbols rather than one and the same.

But I seem to be out-numbered here, so I'll make the change.
