What is wrong with my gdb usage?

I have this command file

  dir oo\i386\emacs.exe

  gdb oo/i386/emacs.exe

When I run it I get the following output:

  C:\eclean\bld\emacs\src>dir oo\i386\emacs.exe
Volume in drive C has no label.
   Volume Serial Number is 0C1B-95FF
