From what I've read before, it uses BeanShell (for completion, at
least), and the latter didn't support generics.
Java 7 added a "smarter" type inference for generic instantiation; Java
8 added lambda functions. It seems that JDEE should have even more
difficulty handling modern Java code.
Any news there?
