Yep.  This commit only adds that file, and doesn't remove the existing
file (it doesn't actually have to remove anything for history tracking
to work, but there has to be a file with the same hash available in a
different location in the commit prior to the addition of the new file,
it doesn't look like there is).

2007?  Was that still CVS?  Or was that during bazaar?  How did bazaar
track renames?  How was bazaar renames handled during the conversion to
git?
