Along with the fact that commands can be redefined
and keys can be rebound to different commands, it
might be worth mentioning that (pretty much) _every_
user action/input involves invoking a command.

That's not obvious.  In particular, it's not obvious
that when you insert text by typing you're invoking
`self-insert-command' for each character-key you type.

I say it "might" be worth mentioning.  No, I don't
think this is super important.  But it gives an idea
how extensible Emacs really is - every interaction
involves customizable commands/keys.  Users control
Emacs behavior ubiquitously.
