That could be.
A frame can be resized of course - like a window.
I don't see why what applies to a window, in this
respect wouldn't also apply to a minibuffer-only
frame.
But I won't be using my standalone minibuffer frame
with verticle icomplete, so I have nothing special
to say about that.
