Hi Michael,

I just found one remaining issue: when trying to commit in a remote repository 
via magit, this operation fails. The magit-process window contains the message 
'env: -c: No such file or directory' afterwards. Unfortunately I cannot send 
you tramp logs this time, as this would contain parts of the source code I am 
working on, which I'm not allowed to pass. I hope you can find the issue 
nevertheless, you probably use magit yourself.
