Sounds good to me. Would you mind installing that change?
I think we should probably just replace README.md with something much
shorter once use-package is in emacs.git. Instead, we could point to
this URL
https://elpa.gnu.org/packages/doc/use-package.html
if that is that supposed to be the canonical URL for documentation.
