icon-title-format vs. frame-title-format (Bug#61496)

Hi.

Not having read all comments in Bug#61496 fully, I’d like to suggest a minor
doc improvement nevertheless :-) — please mention icon-title-format in the
doc string of frame-title-format. I’m in the process of migrating from Emacs
26 to 29 and was a little confused about the title of frames changing when
they are minimized or restored. It took me a minute to find
icon-title-format because I was looking for something named frame.*title or
title.*frame. English isn’t my native language so I spare you a patch, maybe
something along the lines of

    The title of iconified or minimized frames is determined by
    ‘icon-title-format’.
