I'd prefer just "[Menu]".  

Embedded menu buttons is a somewhat unusual[1] UI, they appear in the
combo-box widget, but I can't think of other places.  So we probably
need to warn the user somehow.

[1]  They were quite common in OPEN LOOK which is the only GUI I have
studied, which again explain why they crept into customize.
