line-move had the same bogus behavior before Stefan's changes though, so
turning on line-move-ignore-invisible seems like the only easy short-term
solution.

My short experimentation with line-move-ignore-invisible (before I ran into
the bogus xassert I posted about earlier) seemed to suggest it solved this
problem.
