Luckily, tho the bindings are sometimes different, they rarely conflict.
So I think it's better to just add those bindings and to then remove them if
we bump into a conflict. Also note that the bindings in xterm.el have lower
precedence than the ones in the user's .emacs and the ones setup from the
terminfo database.
