[emacs-wiki-discuss] Recent changes in emacs-wiki

Here are some recent important changes that have been made to
emacs-wiki.  More detail may be obtained by doing a `tla changelog'.
I'm currently looking at fixing a few more problems that have been
mentioned in this list.
