[emacs-wiki-discuss] windowless window

hello, now i have my ~/.emacs all fine including emacs21 (NOT just
emacs as in debian apt-get'ing emacs will install emacs20) i have a
question that requires yes or no:

do all your planner start with two split windows (the planner on the
bottom and emacs at the top)?

i'll try to figure out why mine behaves weird if you all answer no above.
