[emacs-wiki-discuss] planner-appt update

There is a new version of planner-appt; a summary of the changes: 

* It is now compatible with appt-make-list: should you wish, you can
  have appointments arranged by the appt system as well as by planner.

* New variable planner-appt-schedule-cyclic-behaviour to determine
  whether to add cyclic schedule entries for future tasks or only for
  today.
