[emacs-wiki-discuss] planner-appt bug fix

Following an email from Sharon Kimble to this list, I have fixed a bug
in the sorting of schedule entries.

Please note that I made an error in a previous arch commit: committed
changes from both planner-appt.el and an unrelated file called
jeho-diary.el.  I tried to back out of this and commit them
separately, but since I am not very good at arch it is possible that
you might end up getting jeho-diary.el as well.  Sorry about that: any
advice on how to disentangle infelictiously tangled commits would be
very welcome!
