Hi Ingo, Two bugs in one catch! The pitchbend problem is solved in version 1.0.1, which is available on the web site. I think the drum-channel problem is solved, too, in 1.0.1. The demo midi file you sent seems to have only three hi-hats in the beginning of the file to give the tempo and then nothing. Is that correct? Thanks for your help! P Ingo Reimann wrote:
Hi, i just asked rosegarden-user about that, but they advised me, to ask here: I got some (commercial) midis with LOOTS of pitch bends. http://hal.i-reimann.de/00011898.mid (free demo) - Dance of the vampires/Carpe Noctem when i play this with timidity or rosegarden via alsa-emu10k1, I get nice sound. fluidsynth -m alsa_seq SOUNDFONT ; pmidi -p XX:Y FILE Produces nearly the same sound, but with no drum-channel fluidsynth SOUNDFONT FILE produces a detuned version of the above (no drums) address@hidden:~/src/cvs$ fluidsynth -V fluidsynth 1.0.0 where could be the problem? thanks, Ingo
