Also, I note that the API documentation on the website
(http://fluidsynth.sourceforge.net/api/) has not been updated for quite
some time (since 1.1.2). That should be regenerated as part of the
release process.

It should. Element, could you write up somewhere on the wiki how this is done?

I noticed that my name is not in the AUTHORS file. Could I get it added
please? Thanks! Also maybe there are other recent contributors who have
not been acknowledged there.
