Cheetah support is now gone from CVS HEAD.  I successfully did
checking with serial and MPI after the removal (with the obvious
regressions of not having parallel Particles anymore).

To re-enable parallel Particles with MPI a set of small testcases
would be a good start.  Like f.i. a one-dimensional test with
N equally spaced particles moving with constant velocity through
a periodic grid.  Anyone can come up with such a test?  One should
somehow automatically determine if it is working.
