Log message:
* Added preliminary SCI1 song iterator support
* Changed some internals (-> changelog) to support embedded sound effects

TODO:
- Fix looping
- Fix cues (which should now be polled)
- Fix PCM hangs
- Add pitchwheel support to PC speaker/Tandy 3-voice/Adlib players

(Regarding the last point: The pitchwheel is painfully absent from the
QfG2 intro.)
