Yes. Do you want to provide a patch for BDF and PCF which assigns
proper FT_Encoding values?
BTW, I've renamed FT_ENCODING_MS_* (except FT_ENCODING_MS_SYMBOL) to
FT_ENCODING_*, of course with aliases to the old names. Those
encodings are not specific to Microsoft.
