I never tried to implement the _exact_ rounding like Microsoft's
rasteriser, but here goes:
The off-curve point (17) is at (3.61, 3.25) before the DELTAP
instruction and (3.61, 3.63) afterwards.
(Just using my TrueTypeViewer program.)
