Upon request from Odile Bénassy and Raphael Calvelli one month ago, Richard 
agree on the creation 
of the address@hidden mailing list as a rally point for free software and 
education world wide.
To date the list has not been created, is it in your power create this list ?
If so would you also place Odile and Raphael as co-administrator of this 
mailing list.
