[Gcjwebplugin-devel] Patch: Applet sizing fix.

Fixed a couple of sizing bugs.
For the plugin window, we should ignore the width/height parameters.
Also, I added handling for the 'classid' parameter, and size
percentages.

        * src/gnu/gcjwebplugin/AppletTag.java:
        Added new screen size field.
        (AppletTag): Fixed parsing of parameters. Added handling for
        'classid'.
        (parseParams): Likewise.
        (getSize): Fixed to handle percentages.
        * src/gnu/gcjwebplugin/PluginAppletWindow.java
        (setHandle): Should not set the size of the window. The
        width/height parameters are ignored for the plugin.
