According to https://savannah.gnu.org/task/?7385 we wanted to keep
that stuff out of the core and let gui.cpp act like a coordinate
gateway.
But agreed, the point test / stroke width problem does not fit well in
that solution ... We have to rethink it...

The original concept does the conversion only once at parse time
(except DynamicShape of course). Anyway, that changing line width
thing makes things very complicated :(
