The m2bus driver contains parts from the mbus-6160.c driver and the
dtr/rts toggling came from there. When I wrote the m2bus driver I
noticed some interesting things. Sometimes I managed to get a message
back, but usually I got only 3 or 4 bytes back. I suspected that the
cable didn't get enough power to operate correctly. I started to search
docs on the web and move the dtr/rts toggling part in different places.
I spend about a week to find the better solution and this is the best
solution I managed to create. With this toggling my (noname) mbus cable
operates quite stable and fast (as fast as m2bus makes possible :-).

If you can find a better solution (or another solution which is
working correctly with an auto switching mbus/fbus cable), please
let us know!

Bye,
Bozo
